Hello! I am Saurabh, Co-Founder and Partner at InTheJourney. I bring two decades of experience in Entrepreneurship (Four 0 to 1s, two exits) and Business Leadership roles with Technology Product (Oracle, SAP) and Services (Neev- acquired by Publicis in 2011) companies. Co-founded Connecting Dots, a digital agency (acquired by Kabloom, US in 2017).

I’ve had the privilege of hiring and working with some of the Sales Rockstars in Tech industry. I’ve also learnt the hard way, through many failures and successes. With InTheJourney, I bring those 2 decades of learning to cherry-pick great sales leaders so that you can build your own growth engine for scale. I am a B.Tech from IIT-BHU and MBA from IISc, Bangalore.

About Me Hello! I am Neha, Co-Founder and Partner at InTheJourney. I am building the backbone of the Sales Talent Search Offering of InTheJourney. I bring 15+ Years of experience in Clinical Psychology and Behavioural Science. I am also a certified Hypnotherapist, CBT expert and an NLP practitioner. I am passionate about human behaviour and, at InTheJourney specifically, about what makes great leaders succeed.

I am BA, MA in Clinical Psychology from BHU and have done an Advanced Diploma from NIPCCD, New Delhi.
